Hape' applicators are a variety of assorted pipes used to either administer hape' to the self for self-application, known as a Kuripe or a Tepi used to administer hape' medicine to someone else. 

Hape' applicators or pipes come in different shapes, and sizes and are made of different materials. They are made of natural materials with a tube-like configuration that have multiple openings for both the mouth and the nostril. Most hape' applicators or pipes are made of bone, or bamboo, and can also be made from other types of local indigenous woods to the land.
