Delivery, Shipping & Returns

Thank you for choosing to place an order with Tribu Spirit and contributing to the preservation of indigenous ancestral wisdom and pachamama.


  • Please note that we clearly give you your options when checking out. We are NOT responsible for lost parcels or parcels that do not have tracking. You MUST pay for tracking and the appropriate insurance in order to make a claim for a lost parcel or have it tracked. We can not track items if you did not click and pay for that option. 
  • If a parcel is shipped back to us for any reason our standard procedure is as follows:    We must wait for the parcel to be delivered back to us. We will then notify you and then we can offer a refund for your purchase amount not the shipping amount. Or then you can chose to have us re-ship you your items.
  • In order to file a claim with the postal system we have to wait a standard 30 days in order to do so. We thank you for your patience. 


  • Order Processing: We handle customer service, and order processing in house at Tribu Spirit. Monday - Saturday: orders are processed the same day, cut off time is 3pm est. Sunday: we are closed.

  •  All Orders are sent via USPS which takes  2-5 days from dispatch for US customers depending on where you are located. In busy periods this can extend slightly. The order is then dispatched by the relevant delivery method.

  • Canada: generally take 7 -14 days. Depending on customs. This can vary greatly. Customers are responsible for customs, taxes and fees.
  • PLEASE NOTE: The US site ships to the US and Canada only. For all other countries please shop our EU shop here :
  • Canadian parcels are subject to import checks, local delivery schedules and any custom clearances that are required. This means for standard post the delivery time sometimes is extended by a few days or weeks. 
  • We do not replace or refund any undeliverable or lost items. We are also not responsible for this. This is a postal issue and a claim will need to be filed.
  • Tribu Spirit is not responsible for packages once they have left our hands, it is out of our control. It is then the responsibility of the postal system to arrive to you.
  • 99.9% of parcels are delivered on time. In very rare instances where a delivery is not received we are asked to wait 4 - 8 weeks. 
  • Any orders being rerouted, lost, or delayed are a postal system issue and a claim must be filed with the postal carrier. We are not responsible. Including if the postal system documents that your parcel has been delivered and you claim it has not been.


  • We encourage you not to file a chargeback with the payment provider, it will get denied and you will waste your time. 
  • Please try to resolve any issues with us directly via our email or phone.
  • You must provide proof and documentation

Returns & Refunds

  • If any issues please notify us in writing within 5 days of receiving your item  here:
  • All orders are final. Due to the nature of the products we can not issue returns. 
  • Products arriving damaged shall not be the responsibility of Tribu Spirit. 
  • Incorrect ordering of goods or cancellation is subject to shipping, delivery and return costs paid by the customer.
  • Once the item has been used we cannot accept the items back and the customer is required to keep the goods.
  • In the case of agreed refunds: Upon receipt of these a refund will be made immediately. This can take up to 28 days to show on your statement.
  • Tribu Spirit is not responsible for return or exchange shipping costs. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.

    If the above conditions are met, and the item is unopened and in perfect re-sellable condition, you can return regular priced merchandise within two weeks from the day the items have reached our return address for a full refund, exchange, or store credits. Sale items will only be granted store credit or exchange. Store credits can be used online and are to be used within 12 months of issuance date.

    Refunds will be issued and exchanged items will be dispatched only after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality of merchandise check.

    Trackable shipping services and purchasing shipping insurance is highly recommended for return items.

    Returned Items are subject up to 20% restocking and return processing fee. Please allow 7-10 business days for the funds to appear back in your method of payment account.
