100mg = For sensitives, not on pharma & light body weight. You can also use these packs to add to other dosages if you need.

150mg = For sensitives, not on pharma, work with plant medicines regularly. 

200mg = For fairly sensitives, or normal, body weight is 150-200 lbs. 

250mg = on pharma, weight is 200 lb or more, looking to break addictions.

300mg = on pharma, weight is 250lbs or more, lack sensitivity. Purchase 3packs of 200mg + 3packs of 100mg.

350mg = This is max dosage before you are no longer microdosing. If you need this dosage due to body weight and breaking addictions, purchase 3 packs of 250mg + 3 packs of 100 = 350mg.
